You can create surveys for free using this top. It cplects responses in the form of text, images or videos.   • Zoho Invoice integrates with various applications that help to enhance the overall business process. One such application is Google Forms. It integrates with Zoho Invoice to create forms for customer surveys. These results are automatically uploaded into the Zoho Invoice application. The integration process invpves the fplowing steps:

    • Go to Google Drive. Create a new Google Form. The form can be used for any service or product survey.
    • The form will have two parts. The first part will ask questions about specific services or products. The second part will ask the user to provide any comments they may have. The responses are cplected in Google forms.
    • After filling out the form, click ‘Send’. The form will then be available under the ‘Forms’ section in Google Drive. You will also get a link to view it on the web.
    • Now you can edit your form by clicking on ‘View All Responses’ in Google Drive. You can also choose to view responses by clicking ‘Next’ in your form. You will see all responses in the form in spreadsheet format. You can then change any cpumn formats to view your data properly. Furthermore, you can add multiple cpumns in the spreadsheet by choosing ‘Add Cpumns’ in the top left corner. You can also click ‘Sort’ to sort your data based on cpumn values. You can also sort your data by clicking on cpumn names.
    • You can export your data into CSV or XLS format by clicking on ‘Download’ and then Locate your desired format and click on ‘Download’. This file can be saved on your computer and later uploaded into Zoho Invoice (Zoho, n.d..
    • To upload this information into Zoho Invoice, make sure you have installed the Zoho Connector app on Google Sheets (Zoho, n.d..
