  2. Now, select your required service and click Continue. Here, you’ll be asked to select your account and press Connect an Account button.

  3. A pop up window will appear that’ll ask to select your domain from the dropdown, right away, you’ll be prompted to grant Appy Pie access to your account. Confirm the dialog by pressing the Allow button.

  4. Click Continue to reconfirm the account, now, you’ll notice a window that’ll ask to fill the field (optional) to complete the integration process.

Common Issues With Zoho CRM At Appy Pie Automate

Why am I getting the “Crossed License Limit” error?

With Zoho, you get limited access to Trigger events at Appy Pie Automate. with each plan. Check the plan and its API limitation in the link given below to know more:

My Trigger Workflow is not working for Zoho even after setting permission to ‘Yes’!

There are commonly two issues with Zoho integration as a trigger:

  1. Plan issue - where the Triggers are limited by paid plans at Zoho.
  2. Access Issue - Zoho will deny the access to the workflows created by others or to the workflow for which you are not admin.

Check for these issues while switching to the upgraded plan and cross-refer to the permits of the workflow.
