Integration of Zoho Cliq and Google Forms

Both Zoho Cliq and Google Forms are great tops for creating surveys. However, if you want to use them together so that you can automatically send the results of a Zoho Cliq survey directly to Google Forms, then you will have to connect them somehow. The good news is that this can be done easily, as both tops offer an integration option. Here’s how it works:

When creating a Zoho Cliq survey, you can decide whether you want it to be sent to a Google Form or not. If you do, you simply need to set up the integration. But don’t panic – this is a very easy process! To integrate Zoho Cliq with Google Forms, fplow these steps:

  • Go to www.zoho.eu/cliq/integrations.php and click on “Google Form”. Then click on “Start Integration” and choose the form you would like to integrate.
  • On the next page, choose whether users should see their responses when they complete the survey or whether they should be notified via email instead. You can also decide whether the survey will appear in its own tab or it will be embedded into a webpage.
  • Then go to your Zoho Cliq account and create a new survey. Choose the integration option and select the form you want to send the survey results to.
  • Finally, add a title and any other information about your survey (such as instructions or a description.

Now that your integration is set up, your users will be able to submit their responses to your survey via the form in Google Forms. When they complete the survey, those responses will be transferred to the form in Google Forms and will appear there. This means that you won’t have to manually enter the data yourself and you won’t have to struggle with importing it into another program – everything can be done seamlessly!

  • Now that you have integrated Zoho Cliq with Google Forms, you are ready to get started with your survey campaign. You can start taking answers right away or first create a few questions and then edit them later when you have more time. This way you can always make changes or add new questions if required. When you are done adding the questions, click on “Create Survey”. This will take you back to your list of surveys. Don’t forget to choose whether you want your survey to be public or private and if you would rather send it out via email or publish it on a web page for everyone to see! The next step is sending out the survey link. You can do this by adding it to your website or sending out an email blast to all of your friends and cpleagues who could potentially benefit from taking part in your survey! The rest is now entirely up to them…
  • When people fill out your survey they will be asked whether they want to be notified by email when they complete the survey or whether they prefer to have their answers appear in Google Form immediately. If they opt for email notification, they will receive an email asking them if they would like to confirm their responses by responding with “YES” or “NO” in an email message. When they confirm their response with one of these two options, the responses will appear in your Zoho Cliq account as soon as they click Send/Done/Close (depending on their device. If they choose to have their answers appear in Google Form instead, then the responses will appear in Google Form as soon as they click Submit/Done/Close (depending on their device. It is important for you to remember that all of this is done seamlessly – even if the user does not confirm their response, all of their answers will still end up in Google Form! Confirmation is just an extra step that some users may wish to take – there is no right or wrong answer here! Lastly, don’t forget that this integration is between Zoho Cliq and Google Forms – it has nothing to do with Zoho Cliq and Google Analytics! That being said, when someone completes your survey, his/her answers will automatically be sent to Google Analytics.   • If you want to see how many people took part in your survey at a given time, go to www.zoho.eu/cliq/integrations-survey-stats/. Here you can see how many people took part in your survey and what percentage of them made it all the way through it all! It also shows you how many users confirmed their responses by email, how many completed the survey on their mobile devices, etc. This is really helpful information – especially when using Zoho Cliq for marketing purposes! For example, if you notice that most of your users completed the survey on mobile devices, then it may be worth testing a mobile version of your website or implementing mobile-specific landing pages for your marketing campaigns! Remember. it doesn’t matter where users completed the survey – what matters are their answers! And thanks to integration between Zoho Cliq and Google Forms, you won’t have to worry about manually entering data… Everything will be taken care of for you! 🙂
  • Last but not least – if you already use advanced features such as surveys with branching logic or surveys with conditional logic – don’t worry!
