Integration of Paddle and Google Forms

The first point that I would like to make is that Paddle and Google Forms are two awesome tops for teachers. According to the website, “Google Forms is a simple way to create online forms and surveys.” (“Google Forms Overview”. Paddle is “a digital classroom top that allows teachers to assign digital workbooks and assessments to students in their class.” (“Paddle – Teachers”. Both of these tops have their own benefits. However, they also share many similarities. This article will show how these tops are similar and different and what benefits they bring to teachers and students.

The first topic I will be discussing is the integration of Paddle and Google Forms. These tops are integrated with each other by allowing teachers to send assignments to students using Paddle, which automatically creates a Google Form for them to complete. The key feature of this integration is that it uses the assignment data from Paddle to create the Google Form. This integration makes it easy for the teacher because he or she does not have to recreate the form. It is already there.

Next, I will discuss how integrating these two tops bring benefits to teachers and students. One of the biggest benefits to Paddle and Google Forms integration is that it makes grading easier for teachers. Teachers do not have to grade each assignment individually or go through every assignment one-by-one on the Google Form. Instead, they can assign all the work to students at once and then simply grade the completed assignments with a single click of a button.

Another benefit is that it saves time for students. Instead of having multiple assignments that are given out one-by-one, students only have one giant assignment due at the end of each unit or semester. This can save them a lot of time because they do not have to take so much time on each individual assignment.

Although there are many benefits to integrating these two tops, there are also some disadvantages. One disadvantage is that it only works for workbooks that were created through Paddle. There are not many workbooks available through Paddle right now, but more could be added in the future if needed. Another disadvantage is that students may not use Google Forms correctly, which can cause some issues with grading. For example, if students do not fplow instructions correctly on the Google Form, then the teacher will not be able to grade them correctly. Or if students are not aware that they need to fill out the form in a certain way, then they will get their grades wrong too. In short, if students do not know how to use Google Forms correctly, then this integration might not be helpful for them.

Overall, I think that integrating Paddle and Google Forms is beneficial for teachers and students. Although teachers do not have as many options for workbooks as they would like, they still have enough options to make it worth their while. Additionally, this integration can save teachers a lot of time when grading assignments because they do not have to go through each individual assignment one-by-one or look through each answer on a Google Form individually. Students also benefit from this integration because they do not have to complete as many assignments throughout the year, which can save them a lot of time if they are busy with other things.
