After the form was submitted and completed by 100 people, I found the data on my Dashboard under the Behavior section of my website. From here, I could click on the responses link to view the data in more detail. The spreadsheet showed me which cities my audience primarily came from and gave me a tally of their favorite candy from bubble gum to licorice. I could even filter the data to show me only where the people who filled out the form lived. This was a great way to get information about my website visitors without having to ask them a lot of questions. I would ask a few questions on the form and then give them some choices for how to respond. In this way, they could answer my questions without having to jump through several survey hoops. It also became a great way to get email addresses from people who wanted to hear more about my business, while also getting valuable demographics about my audience.
