Integration of Google Sheets and HubSpot

Google Sheets is a spreadsheet app that enables users to create and edit spreadsheets on the web. It is an online version of Microsoft Excel, with some minor differences. It is free with Google Drive, which is also free.

HubSpot is an inbound marketing software that helps businesses to generate leads and convert them into customers. It has the features of social media management, landing page builder, lead generation, email marketing, analytics, and more. HubSpot has the HubSpot CRM integration with Google Sheets. What this means is that HubSpot can import data from Google Sheets into the CRM platform, allowing you to use that data for your business. For example, you can find contact information of your leads or customers in Google Sheets and then import it into the CRM platform to send them emails.

Integration of Google Sheets and HubSpot

In order to integrate Google Sheets and HubSpot, you first need to install the HubSpot app from the Google Apps Marketplace. Then, you need to link your HubSpot account with your Google Sheets account. First, go to the Google Sheet and click “Tops” at the top menu bar. Then click “Connected Accounts” under “Add-ons”. Find HubSpot and click “Connect”. You will be prompted to sign into your HubSpot account. After that, you will see a list of the available HubSpot accounts that you have access to. Select the one that you want to connect with Google Sheets. That’s it! The next time you log into your HubSpot account from within Google Sheets, all of your contacts will appear there as a spreadsheet. You can now export those contacts as a .csv file and import them into the CRM platform.

Benefits of Integration of Google Sheets and HubSpot

  • The integration between Google Sheets and HubSpot allows you to transfer data from one place to another without having to manually enter it again.
  • When you import contacts from Google Sheets into HubSpot, all of their information will be there including phone numbers, email addresses, company names, etc. This way, you won’t have to look up those details again since they are already in the CRM platform.
