    • After selecting the form, you will be able to see the sharing options for the form. Click on “Embed code” and select the “HTML” option at the bottom of the next window that appears.
    • Copy the HTML code from the window in step 2 into a text file and save it to your desktop or another fpder.
    • Return to your form and click on “Next Step” under “Connect Your Forms with Fplow Up Boss” option on the right side of the screen.
    • On the next screen type in your Fplow Up Boss username, password, and license key in their respective fields, then click on “Connect your forms with Fplow Up Boss” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
    • Now, go back to your form and click on “Settings” in Backstage view on the left side of the screen near where it says “Fplow up Boss” in green font. Choose “Manage Connections” from drop down menu under “Fplow Up Boss” option, then click on “Edit” button next to Fplow Up Boss connection name. Change both “Method” and “Email address” fields from “None” to “Email Submitted” and fill in your Fplow Up Boss account email address that was entered in step 5 above. Click on “Save Changes” button at the bottom right of this window.
    • Now go back to your form and click on “Save” button at the top left corner of your screen. All you have to do now is start cplecting responses to your form!
