There are several ways to integrate Google Forms with Agendor. This section will describe how to do so using the Data Loader module of Agendor. First, create a new form using Google Forms. Make sure to enable the “Submit responses to” option on the form creation page. Copy the URL of this form into the "Form Url" field on the "Data Source" tab of the Data Loader module of Agendor. Next, select the type of data you want to load into your database from the drop down menu on the "Data Source" tab. Select "Google Forms". Now select the sub-type of data you are loading from the sub-type drop down menu on the same tab. You can now specify which fields you wish to include in your import. Simply check the appropriate box. If you are importing more than one form, repeat these steps for each form. Finally, select your target table from the "Target Table" drop down menu on the same tab, then click "Save", then "Run Import". Your data will now be loaded into your database.
