For this paper I will be writing about Amazon EC2 and Google Forms being integrated. The two technologies are very beneficial to the users of both companies as well as the users that use them. The integration of these two products gives the users a way to use and access their information by using only one system, where they can create and share information with others in their organization.
Amazon EC2 and Google forms are integrated by using Google App Scripts. The user has to have created a form before they can integrate the two together. This process allows the user to access the data from the form in an AWS console and then store or manipulate the data anywhere in the cloud. One of the biggest benefits is that it saves time for the user because they will not have to switch between multiple programs to get their work done. This will make their job much easier. When you are working with multiple programs it may be easy for you to save data that you do not want saved, or lose data that you do not want to lose. In order for this to occur with an integration of these two tools it would have to be done on purpose. Another benefit is that you will only need to set up one integration when using both of these services. This makes your life much easier, especially if you are someone who travels a lot and is always on the go. You will not need to worry about carrying extra equipment with you because you will have everything you need on the computer that you already carry with you. The last benefit is that it gives users more storage space. Since you are only using one system there will be no point in having multiple accounts for each individual product. This will save the users time and money which is always nice.
