Google Groups is one of the most popular services from Google that lets you create and participate in online forums. You can send an email to everyone in a group with one address, invite a group to an event, or share documents with a group. Google Groups is an easy way to keep up with the conversations that interest you. Google Groups integration allows you to see all your groups in email apps like Outlook, and send messages to people in them. You can use email tool features to manage your groups and communicate with other people in the groups.
Appy Pie Automate brings together Triggers (like "New Contact") and Actions (like "Create Row") to complete an action in one app whenever a trigger occurs in another. This phenomenon is called “Connect” and these ‘Connects’ help you automate repetitive tasks saving you the trouble of doing them manually.
To integrate Google Groups with Appy Pie Automate, search and select the app from the app directory at Appy Pie Automate. Choose the service required and press Continue to move further ahead with integration steps at Appy Pie Automate.
Note: Google Groups can currently be used only as an Action app at Appy Pie Automate.
Click the Connect an Account and a pop-up will ask to fill the domain name of the G-Suite Account (GSuite Domain) you want to integrate at Appy Pie Automate. For example: if your Email ID is “[email protected]” then the domain will be “testing.com”. Press Yes, Continue button after entering the correct GSuite Domain.
Note: Google Groups Integration with Appy Pie Automate is only possible with those G-Suite business accounts who have the admin access.
Enter the Email Address of the account as per above stated conditions and press Next button.
Appy Pie Automate will ask to enter the Password of the relevant account to verify the credentials. Press the Next button after entering the password correctly.
Note: If you are already logged in to your GSuite account then Appy Pie Automate will directly ask to authenticate and allow the access to the account.
Appy Pie Automate will ask to authenticate its access to Google Groups account in order to operate it for Action events. Press Allow button to give the permit the Appy Pie Automate in accessing the required information.
Click the Continue button to confirm the account for integration at Appy Pie Automate.
A different drop down will ask to select the information to integrate with the Trigger event app. Select the features according to the requirement and click the Continue button. Now, run the test and use the Connect.
