How to Integrate Acuity Scheduling with Appy Pie Automate

Follow the steps below to start integrating Acuity Scheduling using Appy Pie Automate:

  1. Go to Appy Pie Automate

  2. Create an account or login if you already have an account

  3. Search for the Acuity Scheduling App in the App directory

  4. Select a trigger event from the list

  5. Click on ‘Connect an Account’ and enter Acuity Scheduling account API key

  6. Your Acuity Scheduling app is now ready to integrate hundreds of apps supported on Appy Pie Automate.

Step By Step Acuity Scheduling Integration Guide

  1. To integrate Acuity Scheduling at Appy Pie Automate, search and select the app from the app directory available at Connect. Now, select the service required and click the Continue button to move ahead with the integration. Note: To integrate the Acuity Scheduling app at Appy Pie Automate you will require a Squarespace account as well.

  2. Click Connect an Account, and enter the Email Address for your registered Acuity Scheduling account in the popup form at Appy Pie Automate. Click Next after providing the required information.

  3. Enter the Email Address and Password of your registered Squarespace account in the popup form at Connect. Click Login after providing the required information.

  4. Click Continue to reconfirm the Acuity Scheduling account integrated at Appy Pie Automate.

Common Issues With Acuity Scheduling At Appy Pie Automate

A duplicate appointment is Triggering in my Connect This may happen in the case of recurring appointments. If in Acuity Scheduling the recurring appointment has been booked - Trigger will be active before each scheduled appointment.

I am unable to start the Trigger for Appointment For a new appointment, Connect triggers once. If your appointment gets rescheduled, it won’t trigger in Connect again.
