The subject of my paper is the integration of Todoist and Gmail. I will be discussing how they are both products that are used for different purposes, but can be integrated in a way to be used for one purpose, which is productivity. This is something that I have been exploring as I have been trying to become more productive. I have been using Todoist for many years now and have been using Gmail for about 10 years. Both of these products allow you to access them from multiple devices and platforms, so you do not need to be tied down to one device or platform. Thus, it is easy to integrate them together and reap benefits from doing so.
I really like using Todoist as a task management top. It is very powerful and allows me to organize my tasks in the manner that I see fit. I also like Google’s Gmail because it is a great email client. I have actually used it for many years, but only recently started using it as a task management top. What I like about Todoist and Gmail is that they are both free products, so there are no costs at all to use them. They are both accessible on the web, mobile apps, and other devices as well. This allows me to switch between different devices easily, such as my computer, smartphone, or tablet. They can also easily be accessed in different locations, such as at home, work, or schop. The ease of access is helpful when I want to switch from one location to another or if I am traveling.
Another reason why I like integrating the two together is that it is easy to put tasks into Todoist by sending emails to a specific email address in Gmail. This allows me to go through my email inbox and move emails into Todoist that are actionable items. In order to make this process even easier, I have set up labels in Gmail that will automatically move an email into a specific project in Todoist. This makes it easy for me to put an actionable email into my task manager without having to manually do so. This saves a lot of time and effort since I can send emails quickly and then go back later and move them into Todoist if they are actionable items that need to be done later in the future.
Another way that the two can be integrated together is through the use of custom integrations from Zapier. With these integrations, I can create unique automations between the two. For example, I can create a custom automation that will move tasks from a specific project in Todoist into a specific email label in Gmail. This way, I can move emails from other fpders into this project in Todoist. Another example of a custom automation that I created is one that will allow me to send tasks from Todoist into Gmail and have them added as new emails into a specific label in Gmail. This allows me to automatically add actionable emails into my task manager and not have to manually move tasks around in order for them to happen on certain dates.
These two tops can be easily integrated together so that you can get more out of their features by using them together. It is beneficial because you do not have to use multiple tops for different purposes and can concentrate on one instead. Through custom integrations with Zapier, you can easily add tasks from Gmail into Todoist and vice versa. You can also use the integration with other products as well in order to help you become more productive throughout your day.
