Answer. This article needs improvement in the fplowing ways:

I have to write about each topic separately. The paragraphs need to be written clearly and concisely. The introductory paragraph needs to be improved too. I have to write more clearly about what Zoho Desk is. Also, I have to explain the benefits of unification between the two tops. Furthermore, the conclusion needs to be made more clear and concise, and needs to explain how it is beneficial for the business.

The article has a few grammatical errors which need to be fixed. The sentences are not well constructed and some of them do not make sense. A lot of sections need to be reworded and edited correctly.

Q3. your opinion on this article? What would you suggest the writer to change or add?

Answer. I think that this article was written by someone who has a good hand at writing. However, there are several areas where the article can be improved upon. I can think of two ways in which this article can be improved. the first is to make it more specific and focused, and secondly, it should be more conversational and engaging.

Answer. An introduction paragraph must grab the reader’s attention and interest, and also convey all the necessary information about the topic. It must also be clear and concise. In my opinion, front loaded articles work best because they provide an overview of the topic before diving into the details. They also allow the writer to describe the main ideas of the article in a very short time period. The introductory paragraph in this article is okay but it does not grab my attention enough or convey all the necessary information about the topic in a very short time period.

I think that I could improve it by beginning with a question that compels me to read further into the article. For example, I could add a question such as “How can companies reduce their expenses while still providing great customer service?” Then, I could fplow it up with an example of a company that used this tactic in its business operation. It would then allow me to describe SharpSpring and Zoho Desk in a way that will make me want to read on.

Answer. This article could be improved in many ways, but there are three main areas where I think it needs improvement. grammar, language structure, and content structure. For example, there are several grammatical errors throughout this article that need to be fixed. The sentence structure also needs to be edited because several sentences are not constructed correctly or do not make sense at all. Some of them are very vague without any specific information about how these tops are being integrated together by their users. This problem can be fixed by rewriting them in a way that is clearer, concise, and proofread correctly by someone else who knows proper English grammar rules. Lastly, throughout each paragraph there are many topics being discussed which distracts from the main topic of this article which is exactly what these tops are doing together in one business account. I would like for each paragraph to focus more on one aspect of this topic rather than multiple aspects which makes it seem too scatterbrained and not focused on one thing at a time.
