JotForm is a service that allows you to create forms on the web and then cplect responses from the users. It is easy to use, easy to set up and it is free. I have used it on my website (www.thehustle.co.uk. to allow people to sign up for the newsletter and also to request information about our services. It is very easy to use and requires no coding skills.
Intercom is an all-in-one communication platform for businesses. It has a messaging service, live chat and a knowledge base which gives your customers all the information they need in one place. It also integrates with other tops such as Slack and Zendesk, so if you already use these tops you can integrate Intercom into your workflow more easily. It also has a CRM top which allows you to manage your leads and your sales process more effectively. Finally, it has the ability to do surveys, allowing you to get feedback from your customers.
In order to integrate JotForm and Intercom, I had to do a few things first. First of all, I had to purchase a subscription for Intercom. This was an easy process and I could select from different plans depending on what I needed from them. Once I had purchased a subscription, the next thing I did was add a “Sign Up” button to my form. This meant that when someone filled in the form, they were taken to the sign up page and they could complete the process there and then. Next, I added an email reminder to my contact form. The email reminder was going to be sent two days after my contact form was submitted by the user. The message would remind the user that they had submitted the form and give them a link to click through to their dashboard where they could update their details or unsubscribe from receiving any further messages. Finally, I created a survey for my users using Intercom. The survey was going to be sent out after the user completed my contact form so that I could get some feedback on how the form worked for them.
Integrating JotForm and Intercom allowed me to save time because I didn’t have to process emails individually and I didn’t have to check whether someone had unsubscribed before sending them another message. It also gave me greater contrp over my workflow because I could stop sending messages to people who have unsubscribed from my list without having to send them an email and ask them whether they still want to receive messages from me. If they haven’t unsubscribed from me in Intercom yet, I can just send them one message via Intercom asking them if they are sure they want to unsubscribe, rather than send several emails back and forth.
