Triggers when an event is created.
Triggers every time an event matching a search is created.

Description/Summary is missing
This will happen if the Google Calendar is not shared with you. To resolve this, ask the owner to share the calendar (irrespective of it being public or private)
Repeated Events are not getting Triggered
Repeated events cannot be triggered as “New Event” for Google Calendar. To resolve this, use the “Event Starts” trigger instead this will help in executing infinite loops for the repetitive events.
Events are getting created on the wrong date/time!
If you are facing this issue then it can be due to a couple of reasons listed further:
Creating All-Day event
An all-day event ends at midnight on the last day which can affect the integration work. To resolve this kindle update trigger data to make it last for one more day. Adjust and increase the day/time by 1, this will help in making the event last for the required time period.
Check the timezone settings
Check the timezone setting for both trigger and action events at Appy Pie Connect. You can change the timezone settings in Appy Pie Account.
Also, you can update the timezone for Google Calendar.
Check the Format of the date
This might happen as the Google API uses MM/DD/YYYY format, so if you want to trigger the event on March 8, 2021, as of 08/03/2021 then you need to add Connect Formatter to change the style of the dates and make the events trigger at the right time.
Events are not visible at All
This may happen for the reason when the event start and end date-time are the same. With the same date and time for the start and end of the event, Google Calendar will see it as an event for 0 minutes, thus Connect will not work.
Event Start trigger is not triggering some events
For unsubscribed users, the trigger will update and check for the new data after every 15 minutes, this means that your next calendar event must start after the 16th minute for the trigger to check for its information. For paid subscribers the maximum sync time is 5 min, which means that the next event should start at 6th minutes, this time may change for different plans.
My Subscribed Events on the calendar do not Trigger (New Event Trigger Only)
Appy Pie Connect cannot check the accurate dates of the creation in the calendar you subscribed to, thus by default it sets Jan 1, 1900. This may hamper the correct working of the trigger.
To resolve this, use the “Event Start” trigger and set the same for the search for the upcoming event. Set the “Time Before” field for 3000 minutes and the same will work on the events that will occur after 3000 minutes from the set date. You can set this timeline according to your requirement.
Error 403 Forbidden
Permit issues may trigger this error while editing or adding events from the calendar. To resolve the issue go to Google Calendar account and click the setting gear icon:
Go to the “Calendars” tab under the settings option
Click “Shared: Edit Settings” for the calendar you want to share permissions of.
Next, add the email addresses of the people you want to share the calendar information with and click on “permission settings”, select “Make changes to events” and then click “Add person”.
Click the “Save” button available at the end of the page and refresh the Appy Pie Connect app to get the changes custom in Connect integration.
400 Bad Request Error - Specified Time Range is Empty
This can occur when the start time for the event is after the end time. Fix the error and try again, this will work now.
Attendees didn’t get the invitation to my event
To invite the attendees at an event, you can Create a Detailed Event. This will allow the attendees to accept/reject, if you are using Quick Add Event then it will not work.
An Updated Event Is Triggering Repetitively
For your recurring event, the Appy pie connect will trigger it repetitively for the new updates. This is the functionality of Appy Pie Connect and each entry made in the calendar is treated as a dedicated event.
Unable to find an event using Find Event
This happens in Google Calendar as there is a bug that hampers search if the description of the event has 's . To resolve this we request you to remove the 's from all of the descriptions written in Google Calendar.
Another issue with the Google Calendar may occur due to the presence of _ (Underscore) in the description of the Google Calendar event entry.
How does “Time Before” Event Start works?
You can use Time Before setting under the Event Start trigger. This will help you to trigger a notification before the start of the event. Suppose you have activated Time Before for 4 days before the event, it will update at the very same time and will not work for any changes made after the trigger has worked.
