When you first log in to your Appy Pie Connect account, you will be prompted to install this connector. Once installed, you can use the app to integrate both Drip and Freshdesk.
The app has many options such as update actions, create actions, get action value, etc. You can choose what actions you want to perform. For example, you can choose Create Action from Drip as well as Update Action from Freshdesk. Once done, you need to enter details about the action such as which field you want to update, the action type, etc. Then click on Save and Continue. Now you can choose the fields you want to use in both Drip and Freshdesk. If there are some fields that you want to repeat in both apps, you can choose them in the Repeat Action Field option. The next step is to configure other settings like target account field, stage name, etc. Then click on Save & Continue to save your changes and that’s all! You now have an integration of Drip and Freshdesk.
