The aim of this article is to describe how Daylite and Google Sheets work together. There are many benefits of using both programs together. First, I will discuss what Daylite is. Then I will discuss what Google Sheets is. Next, I will describe how these two programs are used together. Finally, I will conclude my article by discussing the benefits of using Daylite and Google Sheets together.
Daylite is a program used to track different aspects of an individual’s life. This program is used by many individuals who are invpved with organizing their daily activities. These individuals include people who have specific events that they must attend to each day such as doctors appointments, meetings, classes, etc. (Muller & Muller, 2015. The program allows users to organize events into different categories. For example, a user may want to create a category for doctor appointments, classes, and meetings. Within each category, the user can include several different events such as doctor appointment #1, doctor appointment #2, class #1, class #2, meeting #1, and meeting #2. Once an event has been created within a category, it can be altered if the need arises. For example, if someone were to become sick and could not make a doctor’s appointment or if the meeting was canceled, the event can be deleted from the calendar. Additionally, if the person makes a mistake entering an event into the calendar and wants to change it, it can be altered to reflect the correct information.
Google Sheets is an online app that allows users to view and edit spreadsheets online (Muller & Muller, 2015. As stated before, users can create calendars with events in Daylite and then use Google Sheets to view and edit these events. With this integration of Daylite and Google Sheets, users have the ability to view all of their events in one place without having to switch between multiple programs.
There are many benefits of using Daylite and Google Sheets together. First, they allow users to track their daily activities in one place rather than switching between multiple programs. Second, Google Sheets allows users to view their calendars on desktop computers or mobile devices so they will never miss an event again since it is in one place. Third, because the calendar events are stored in Google Sheets they are accessible from any location that has a connection to the internet. This allows users to access their calendar from home or from a hotel room while traveling abroad. Fourth, the integration of Daylite and Google Sheets allows users to create different categories for different types of activities such as meetings and doctor’s appointments. Within each category users can add several different events for each day of the week. This can also be viewed on mobile devices through Google Sheets so these individuals never miss another important event again. Fifth, the integration of Daylite and Google Sheets allows users to create a calendar for events such as birthdays or anniversaries. Within the calendar they can enter important dates such as the date of their child’s birthday or anniversary which they may not want to forget again (Muller & Muller, 2015.
