To integrate the Zendesk Sell app at Appy Pie Automate, search and select the app from the app directory available at Connect. Choose the service required and click Continue to move ahead with the integration. Note: You will require Admin access to use Zendesk Sell at Appy Pie Automate. You should have a Zendesk Sell paid subscription of Enterprise, professional or Elite level for integration
Click Connect an Account and Enter the Email Address, Password of your registered Zendesk Sell account in the pop-up form at Appy Pie Automate. Click Sign In after providing the correct details. Note: For the Zendesk Sell Account created after December 2020 the Sign In process may differ at Connect.
Connect will require certain access to your Zoho Sell account. Click Authorize to allow the access required.
Click Continue to reconfirm the Zendesk Sell account integrated at Appy Pie Automate.
Select the fields required from the dropdown menu at Connect and click Continue to complete the integration of Zendesk Sell.
Why Trigger in Connect is not working for all of my contacts Connect can process 500 contacts at a time. If Zendesk Sell sends more than 500 contacts then they will not be processed at Connect. Kindly contact our support team online for further inquiries.
