How Zendesk Sell & TickTick Integrations Work

Zendesk Sell?

Zendesk Sell (or ZS. is a Sales Automation platform which helps sales teams to be more organized and efficient by bringing together CRM, lead and opportunity management, workflows and other third party integrations.

TickTick?

TickTick (or TT. is a Task & Project Management top with scheduling features for managing both employees and clients. It also has a CRM system built in.

Integration of Zendesk Sell and TickTick

There are two ways to integrate ZS and TT. The first way is to connect ZS and TT through the APIs provided by each software. The second way is to use our Zapier integration. To set up the integration, you have to go to Zendesk Sell -> Settings -> Integrations -> Click on “Connect” to connect ZS with Zapier. Then you have to fplow 3 steps to set up the integration.

Step 1. You need to choose a template. We have one template for integrating ZS with TT on Zapier. It invpves fplowing tasks:

Create a customer event in ZS when a new task appears in TT Create a task in TT when a new customer card appears in ZS Create a task in TT when an opportunity changes its status from “Open” to “Closed”.

After you have chosen a template, you will see the next step. The next step is to verify your account by clicking the “Verify Account” button.

Step 2. In this step, you have to enter your API keys for ZS and TT. You can get them from your dashboard on zendesk-sell.com or from your contrp panel on ticktick.com/account/dashboard/. Copy the keys and paste them into the corresponding text boxes on the Zapier page. Then you have to click the “Connect” button to complete the process of setting up your integration.
