Both Webflow and Zendesk are widely used by students and entrepreneurs.

Basically, integration of Webflow and Zendesk will be able to help users automate their workflow process. For instance, if you are using Zendesk, you can create the ticket in the system when your customer comes to your website at first time. Then you can use Webflow to cplect information from your customer via the form on the website which you created with Webflow. This integration will make customer experience better because they don’t need to fill out different forms on different platforms to give you the same information. Once they give you the information once, you can save them on your database. Then you will be able to reply to them via Zendesk. At last, they don’t need to fill out forms anymore on your website or your Zendesk account.
