Todoist is a task management system that organizes tasks into projects and sub-projects. It’s a free web-based app with a native iOS and Android app as well as a Chrome extension. In my experience, it’s one of the most powerful task management systems available today. I use it to organize my life at work and at home.

Teachable?

Teachable is a platform for creating and publishing online courses. I have used it to create a course about an obscure subject that I am passionate about, Todoist integration with Zapier. Teachable provides all the tops that you need to create a course including a video editor, a video player, an interface builder, and analytics. Teachable also provides hosting for your course. It’s easy to become an instructor on Teachable; you just need to fill out their application form and submit.

Integration of Todoist and Teachable

I will discuss methods for integrating Todoist with Teachable, both manually and using Zapier. I will also give an overview of what you can do with each integration method.

Manual Integration

Using the Zapier integration, it is possible to create tasks in Todoist when something happens in Teachable. For example, you could create a task in Todoist that says “Publish Course” whenever someone enrpls in your course. Or you could create a task that says “Send rejection email to student” whenever someone drops out of your course. There are other methods for integrating Todoist with Teachable without using Zapier as well, which I will discuss later in this article.

Benefits of Integration of Todoist and Teachable

There are many benefits to integrating Todoist with Teachable using Zapier.

Automatic Task Creation – When something happens in Teachable, automatically create a task in Todoist. For example, if someone enrpls in your course, automatically create a task in Todoist that says “Send welcome email to student”. Or if someone drops out of your course, automatically create a task that says “Send rejection email to student”. This prevents you from forgetting important actions that should be taken after something happens in Teachable. Automatically Create New Tasks – Use Zapier to automatically create new tasks in Todoist whenever something happens in Teachable. For example, whenever someone enrpls in your course, automatically create a new task in Todoist that says “Publish course”. Automatically Complete Tasks – Use Zapier to automatically complete tasks in Todoist whenever something happens in Teachable. For example, if someone enrpls in your course, automatically complete the task that says “Publish course”. Automatically Mark Tasks as Done – Use Zapier to mark tasks as done in Todoist whenever something happens in Teachable. For example, if an enrplee completes your course, automatically mark the task that says “Publish course” as completed. Automatically Archive Old Course Content – Use Zapier to automatically archive pd content from your course whenever someone completes your course or drops out of your course. For example, if someone drops out of your course and you want to remove their access to the content of your course, use Zapier to automatically archive the pd content from your course whenever someone drops out of your course. If someone completes your course and you want to move their access to the new content of your course, use Zapier to automatically archive pd content from your course whenever someone completes your course. Use Zapier To Manage Your Resources – Use Zapier to manage resources that you use for your courses such as Google Drive documents or Dropbox files. For example, use Zapier to delete all Google Drive documents from your Google Drive account whenever someone drops out of your course.
