Users can also prioritize their tasks into a hierarchy (e.g. work, home, etc.. Todoist also includes features such as a Chrome extension, location-based reminders, a mobile app and an integration with Google Calendar.

BambooHR is a human resources (HR. software platform that streamlines HR processes, allowing for the quick and easy sharing of employee data between departments. It also provides features such as tracking employee time, payrpl, agile HR and benefits administration. BambooHR also offers free integrations with other popular HR software platforms such as Workday and Google Apps.

Integration of Todoist and BambooHR

Many companies find it challenging to streamline the HR workflow, keeping track of employee tasks and activities while remaining compliant with employment laws. Because of this challenge, many HR departments use separate tops for payrpl, benefits administration, and timekeeping. Some companies even use multiple tops in each category. When creating a task in BambooHR from within Todoist, employees can add the task to an existing project or create a new project. Employees can also enter comments about the task in BambooHR from within Todoist. Once the employee has created the task in BambooHR from within Todoist, he/she can then add due dates to the task either within BambooHR or within Todoist. The employee can then assign specific employees to the task in BambooHR either from within Todoist or within BambooHR. In addition to assigning specific employees to the task in BambooHR, the employee can also select a specific team for the task in BambooHR from within Todoist. If an employee has already assigned a team for the task in Todoist before entering information about the task in BambooHR, he/she can select this team from within BambooHR and assign individual employees to the team from within either Todoist or BambooHR. After saving the task information in BambooHR from within Todoist, users can then view all past tasks performed by an employee in BambooHR from within Todoist. The user can then close out any past tasks that have been completed by selecting “Approved” or “Complete” on the “Task Details” screen under “View Task History” inside of BambooHR. If an employee needs to re-assign an employee or a team to an existing task in BambooHR that was created using the integration between Todoist and BambooHR, he/she can do so by selecting “Re-Assign Task” from within BambooHR.
