Todoist is a cloud based task manager that was launched in 2009 by Amir Salihefendic. It offers a free and paid version of it’s app. The free version offers 5 different apps, including the ability to add tasks from emails, web browser extensions, and mobile devices. There are premium features for both paid and free accounts which allow users to customize their experience with the software. This includes custom filters, labels, and a drag and drop interface.
Alegra is a cloud based task management software that offers a lot of the same features as Todoist. Alegra’s pricing model is similar to that of Todoist. The difference between them is that Alegra has a slightly different user interface and feels more like a project management software than a task management software.
