In this article, I will talk about Sympla and Formatter By Connect. My aim is to highlight the features of these two applications and give you a brief idea of how each application works.

Sympla is a project management software which helps you manage your projects and make your tasks easy. It also helps you to create a task list for your project. It allows users to share and cplaborate with other users and it integrates with third party applications like Gmail and Google Calendar. You can use Sympla as a free extension for Gmail and Google Calendar.

Formatter by Connect is a free formatting top for WordPress. This plugin helps you to format text in your posts and pages easily. You can change the cpor of your text or increase the font size. It has a variety of options to choose from. This plugin is compatible with WordPress 3.0 and above versions. Formatter by Connect also lets you export the formatted text as HTML.

Now that we know what Sympla and Formatter By Connect are, let us discuss how these two applications work.

Sympla:

Sympla is a project management software which helps you manage your projects and also helps you to create a task list for your project. It allows users to share and cplaborate with other users. It is very simple to use, all you need to do is log in with your Gmail account. Once you are logged in, you can create any number of projects that you wish. You can also add tasks to your project, send emails to the team members or assign tasks to them. The tasks can be added by clicking on "+ Add Task" button at the bottom corner of the page.

To view all the projects you have created, click on "My Projects" tab on the top left hand side of your screen. If you want to view all the tasks assigned to you, click on "My Tasks" tab on the top left side of the screen. To send an email to your team member, click on his/her username located next to the project name. To assign a task to someone just select the user from the dropdown menu located on the top right hand side of your screen. There is another dropdown menu located next to the "Assign Task" button which allows you to assign detailed labels to your task so that you can easily filter out tasks later on if you want to work on another task without getting distracted by other tasks which are not relevant at that time. Once you have created your team with Sympla, all you need to do is go through each task that has been assigned to you and mark them as completed once you are done with that particular task. If someone else on your team marks a task as complete, Sympla automatically marks it as complete for you as well.

You can also create sub-projects if you wish by clicking on "+ Add Project" button located at the top right hand side of your screen next to the "Add Task" button. All new projects will be added under the primary project which you have selected when creating your account for Sympla. For example if I want to create sub-project named "Design" which is under my main project named "Web design", I will first create my sub-project named "Design". When I click on "Save" button located at the bottom of my sub-project, I will move onto my main project "Web Design". There I will click on "Save Changes" button located at the bottom right hand side of the screen next to the "Add Task" button. This way my sub-project will be saved under my main project named "Web Design". Now if I want to view my sub-project called "Design", I will click on "My Projects" tab on the top left hand side of my screen and find it in the list because it is under my main project called "Web Design". If I want to view all tasks under "Design" project, I will click on "My Projects" tab again and this time I will find my sub-project called "Design" in the list under my main project called "Web Design". In this way, Sympla makes it very easy for me to add or remove projects or tasks from my account depending upon my requirements.

The tasks in Sympla have different statuses such as Active, Completed, In Progress etc. Each status has a cpor assigned to it so if a task is assigned a status cpor, it means that a person assigned a particular task has marked a particular task as completed or inactive etc depending upon what status it has been given. All information stored in Sympla comes from Gmail account associated with your Sympla account. So if one of your team members changes his gmail password or deletes his email account completely then all information stored in Sympla will be deleted as well because Sympla requires information from Gmail to function properly. This is why it is important for every user associated with Sympla to keep his/her account password safe and secure so that no other person gets access to their personal information stored in Sympla and uses it against them for malicious purposes later on.

Formatter by Connect:

Formatter by Connect is a free formatting top for WordPress. This plugin helps you to format text in your posts and pages easily. It has a variety of options to choose from such as changing the cpor of your text or increasing font size etc. Formatter by Connect also lets you export the formatted text as HTML by using the export feature given along with Formatter by Connect plugin for WordPress.
