You can also create email templates so that you do not have to re-type all of the information about the product or service you are trying to sell for each email. Fplow Up Boss will then automatically populate the template with relevant information about the product and each recipient. This way, you are not wasting time typing out the same information over and over again. You can also track your fplow-up campaigns using Fplow Up Boss’ built-in analytics tops. For example, you can see which emails have been sent, when they have been sent, which recipients have opened the email and which recipients have clicked on any links within the email. Fplow Up Boss tracks all of this information for you so that you can keep track of how your fplow up campaign is going. You can also create fplow-up campaigns that are triggered by certain types of events, such as if someone orders something from you. For example, if someone places an order online, you can set up a fplow-up campaign to be automatically triggered in Fplow Up Boss. Then you can send out an email to that person with details about how long it will take for their order to ship, as well as tracking info so that they can see where their package is if they want to track it. You can also set up other rules around what triggers a fplow-up campaign and what the content of that fplow-up campaign will look like. For example, if someone does not respond to your first email, you can set up a rule that says that if they do not respond by a certain date, you will send them a second email with a different subject line than the original email. Then, if they still do not respond to the second email, you can set up another rule that says that if they do not respond to the third email, you will remove them from your list entirely. This way, you will no longer waste your time or theirs sending fplow-up emails they are never going to read.
