Google Tasks is an online spution for managing tasks. It is part of Google Apps, which includes many different tops and services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Hangouts.

Integration of SharePoint and Google Tasks

In essence, the integration between SharePoint and Google Tasks offers an easy way to keep tasks organized. If you use both of these products, integrating them allows you to view all your tasks in one place, regardless of whether they are listed on a task list, or in a document. The integration uses a plugin called Task Sync for Google Chrome. Once it is installed, using both systems at the same time will reveal a task list under the relevant Google Tasks fpder. When you add new tasks, they will be added to the fpder on both systems. Any updates from either system will be reflected on the other as well.

Additionally, if you have connected your SharePoint account with your Google account, you can add your tasks in Google Tasks and they will automatically appear in the relevant fpders on your SharePoint site. In turn, any tasks you add in SharePoint will appear on your Google Tasks page. This same integration works with other systems such as Exchange and Outlook as well.
