Quickbooks online started in 2012, when Intuit acquired the product of MuleSoft, which was a cloud computing software. The product was then merged with QuickBooks and there was quickbooks online. Todoist is a productivity app, which allows the user to keep up with their daily tasks and lists. It is available on a number of different platforms including Android, iOS, Windows, ChromeOS and macOS. In terms of its ability to create projects, Todoist comes with some of the most powerful tops such as sub-tasks, time tracking, flexible scheduling, customizable priorities and task comments. All you have to do then is click on the three dots at the top right corner of the project in Doit.do and select “Add Task” to add a new task from QBO to Todoist. This will automatically create a new task in Todoist with the title, description and due date as specified in QBO. Once you have added tasks from QBO to Todoist, you can view both your list of tasks in QBO and Todoist in one place. It is also possible to add tasks from Todoist directly into QBO by clicking on the three dots at the top right corner of the project in Doit.do and selecting “Add Task”. This will bring up a form where you can enter in all the details of the task including its title, description, due date and other details before adding it into QuickBooks Online.
  • There are also many other ways where QuickBooks Online and Todoist can be integrated such as creating recurring tasks in QBO or adding tasks into multiple projects at once or creating a task in QBO that includes due dates or notes but these differ between both services and are outside the scope of this article but are worth looking into further if you are interested in working with both services together.
