For instance, Pendo has a feature where users can create new tasks using Smartsheet. This means the user does not have to manually create a task in Smartsheet from scratch. Instead, they can use Pendo to create a task which will be automatically saved into Smartsheet. This helps save time for employees as they do not have to manually copy the data from one platform to another.
By integrating with each other, both Pendo and Smartsheet can also access more data. By integrating with each other, they are able to see their customer’s data easily. With this information, they can develop features for their clients based on feedback from them.
