For instance, you can choose to send an invitation more than once in case your first invitation doesn’t receive any response from the customer or if you want to add a reminder for your customer about an upcoming event. However, if you don’t want to send out any invitations for certain events, then it may be possible to skip sending out invitations for those events. You can also set the time period for any reminders, which means that you can decide whether or not you want reminders for certain events at any given time frame in the future. The time frames include today, tomorrow, later this week and next week. You can also choose when in the week you want reminders (i.e., Monday through Friday. In addition, you can set the reminder time from 1 hour prior to the event all the way up to 24 hours before the event starts on any given day of the week.
