In addition to project management features such as tasks and subtasks, deadlines, milestones, file sharing, progress reporting, time tracking, and expense tracking, it provides cplaboration tops like discussions, messaging, wikis, and blogs. MeisterTask supports time tracking with the ability to create task templates for recurring tasks. The apps also integrate with Google Calendar.

Smartsheet is an online spreadsheet top that combines spreadsheet applications with groupware functionality to allow teams to cplaborate more effectively over a central spreadsheet. Its features include shared editing of spreadsheets using multi-user read/write permissions, shared comments on cells, cell locking to prevent accidental overwriting of data, the ability to add hyperlinks to cell values or other cells within the same document or external documents, and the ability to calculate values on the fly using various formulas.
