Kintone is available in four different versions. Basic Plan, Cloud Plan, Enterprise Plan, and App Plan. Each plan has its own specific purpose; for example, the Basic Plan is designed for private use while the Cloud Plan is for small businesses. The Enterprise Plan is meant for advanced users who want to create multiple projects at once. Lastly, the App Plan is more suited for developers who wish to create customized apps on Kintone’s platform.
The Basic Plan is free for organizations with fewer than one hundred users. However, if your company has more than 100 employees, then you will need to upgrade to the Basic Plan or higher. The Basic Plan includes a total of three projects, which can be integrated into a free Google account.
The Cloud Plan, on the other hand, is much more extensive as it provides a total of six projects and 20GB of storage space. This plan also adds a few additional features such as automatic backups and support for several languages.
The Enterprise Plan has a lot of additional features as well as a high price tag. In this plan, users have access to unlimited projects as well as 600GB of storage space. More importantly, it also bundles together all of the features from the Basic and Cloud Plans. The Enterprise Plan is ideal for large organizations that need a powerful task management system. The Enterprise Plan is free if you purchase a minimum of 10 seats. After that, each additional seat costs $0.50 per month. At the moment, Kintone does not offer an App Plan due to their current focus on revamping their existing plans. When it does become available, this plan will allow developers to create customized apps within the Kintone platform. Custom Fields allow users to create unique fields for each task list so that unique data can be saved and retrieved within each project. Moreover, you can also enter custom fields that can be used for other purposes such as cplecting information about the location where a particular task should be completed as well as its deadline. According to Kintone, this feature allows you to add tasks directly from your phone without having to open another web browser or app! You can also add new tasks from almost any device; not just your phone! For example, if you’re reading an article on your PC that mentions a certain task that needs to be completed, then you can click on a link that will take you directly into Kintone! If you have an Android phone with the most recent version installed, then you can integrate Kintone with Google Tasks by going into Settings > Accounts & Privacy > Sync Contacts > Add Account > Kintone > Then fplow the instructions provided by your phone! In addition to this feature, there are also some other ways in which you can integrate Kintone with Google Tasks:
First of all, you can connect your Google Tasks account with your existing Kintone account using a single sign-on (SSO. spution via your Google Account Options in your Kintone account! This feature allows you to log into both websites using one single account!
If you don’t have a Google Account but would still like to use the SSO spution with Google Tasks, then you can download an add-on called Kintone Quick Addons from the Google Chrome Web Store! This add-on allows you to add new tasks from Google Tasks directly from your browser! To make it even easier, there’s also a little icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen so you can quickly add new tasks! Simply click on it whenever you think of something else that needs to be done!
