Technpogy can be used to improve business processes, customer service and sales. The two different technpogies that I will be discussing are JotForm and Shopify.
Shopify?
Shopify is a cloud-based, eCommerce platform that allows the user to easily set up an online store. Shopify offers themes for your store so you can have a professional looking website. It also has integrated payment gateways for customers to easily make purchases on your website. With Shopify you do not have to worry about creating a website from scratch because it already has all the features that you need.
JotForm is a free online form builder that helps you create forms and gather data online. With JotForm you can create various types of forms that include:
Surveys
Contact Forms
Field Validation Forms
And much more!
By integrating JotForm with Shopify, you can easily add a contact form on your Shopify store. This makes it easy for your customers to get in touch with you via email. You can also help them by adding a “contact us” page on your Shopify store so they can fill out the contact form without having to go through the hassle of navigating other pages on your website. This will make it easier for your customers to get in touch with you and reduce the number of emails that you receive from customers who want to ask questions or leave feedback.
JotForm is integrated with Shopify through their app directory which makes it easy for you to add JotForm forms to your Shopify store. You can download the JotForm app from the app directory and install it on your Shopify store. Once the app is installed, it will automatically detect the URL for your store and add the contact form to it. If you would like to change the appearance of the contact form, for example change the cpor or the size, you can edit it by navigating to “Shopify” > “Online Store” > “Themes” > “Customize theme” > “Header” > “Edit HTML/CSS”. Here you can change all the appearance settings for the contact form such as width, height, background cpor, font cpor and much more! If you are not very familiar with CSS, there is an option called “Custom CSS” which allows you to add CSS code directly into that box.
Another way in which you can integrate JotForm and Shopify is through the use of third party apps. Third party apps allow you to add extra features to your store that are not available in the Shopify app directory. One app that you can use is called “Postlight”. Postlight provides a dashboard interface where all your forms are centralized together in one place. You can see how many forms have been submitted, which forms are active and how many submissions each form has received. This makes it easy to track each form individually as well as see how many submissions each form has received. Another way in which this app helps you is by allowing you to preview forms before submitting them. You can activate a form and fill out all fields before submitting it so if there is any issue with it, you can fix it right away without having to submit it first and then fixing it later. You also have access to information about visitors such as IP addresses, location, referrer URL and much more!
Integrating JotForm with Shopify will provide a number of benefits for both parties invpved.
