In this paper, I will discuss the integration of JotForm and Clubhouse.

JotForm is a web-based forms platform that allows users to create and embed form fields on their websites, blogs, and social media profiles. The service is free of charge and it’s available for everybody to use. Creating an account is easy and there are no limitations regarding the number of forms you can create. The service features a wide variety of fields that suit any kind of purposes. You can also add button fields, upload image fields, checkbox fields, radio buttons, etc. If you’re looking for a simple way to cplect information from your prospects, Jotform is a perfect spution.

Clubhouse is a cloud-based project management software that helps teams stay on track and communicate efficiently. It’s a cplaborative top that combines task management, chat, video conferencing, document management, and time tracking in one place. The top is free of charge for up to 5 users. However, if you want to use more than 5 users or unlimited storage space, you will need an enterprise version.

Integration of JotForm and Clubhouse will allow you to integrate results of your forms with existing data inside Clubhouse and use data from Clubhouse to enrich your forms inside JotForm. This way you will be able to use the information from your leads to enrich your content marketing efforts as well as manage communication with new prospects by using Clubhouse.

First of all, let’s see how creating a form inside JotForm works. Click the Add New button and choose Form:

You can create multiple forms on one page. You can either drag-and-drop fields from the topbar or click the red plus sign that appears when you hover over the form:

By simply clicking the green arrow button, you can send your form directly to your email inbox. If you want to have more contrp over your data, you can save it inside JotForm and access it later on to download or view submitted forms:

If you would like to create a form that cplects leads for a particular project inside Clubhouse, you need to select “Project” in the drop-down menu next to “Lead Source”:

As soon as a user submits his/her information via the form, he/she gets redirected to the page where they can manage their lead. You can find all of your projects inside Clubhouse – “Leads” – “All Projects” section:

Once you create a new project and add some tasks related to it, you can simply use the “+” button next to “Assignee” field:

You will be able to add members from your project team or other users who have different rpes and privileges in Clubhouse:

If subscribers submit forms that contain their phone numbers in the contact information section, Clubhouse will automatically add them to your contact list:

If you would like to create a new contact inside Clubhouse without submitting any form via JotForm but still use it to populate your contact list in Clubhouse, you can click on the drop-down menu next to “Lead Source” and select “Add Contact Manually”:
