  • JotForm and Basecamp 3 can be integrated to allow users to link their Basecamp projects with JotForm forms so that they can cplect data through those forms. They can also create new or edit existing forms from within the Basecamp interface.

    To integrate JotForm and Basecamp 3, users must first go to their Profile page on JotForm. For those who are not logged in, they must click on the “Log In” button at the top right corner of the page. Once they are logged in, they will see a button labeled “Integrations” next to their name at the top left corner of the page. Upon clicking this button, they will be directed to the Integrations page. This page will list all of the integrations available on JotForm. They may select the checkbox next to any integration that they wish to enable and click the “Save” button at the bottom right of the page. This will return them to their Profile page where they can click on the Basecamp 3 logo next to their name to link their account.

    Once a user has enabled the integration with Basecamp 3, they can access Form Builder from their Profile page under the “Your Forms” tab. On the Form Builder page, they may click on any of their forms to access the form builder interface. Once there, they may edit their form by adding or removing fields and making changes to other aspects of their form as needed. They may also add files, documents, or links to their form as well as upload files or images directly from their device. They may also edit details such as the subject line and description for their form if desired. When they have finished editing their form, they may click on the orange “Done Editing” button at the top right corner of the screen and then click on “Save Changes” to publish their changes. These changes will automatically push to any linked Basecamp projects that include that form.
