Appy Pie Chatbot?

Appy Pie Chatbot is a chatbot builder that you can use to build chatbots for Facebook messenger, Slack, WeChat, Skype, or your own website. The chatbot builder makes it easy for anyone to build a complex chatbot without any coding skills.

The platform can be used for creating conversational chatbots or voice bots. Conversational bots are those which help users interact with companies by engaging with them through the chat interface. Voice bots are used for voice interaction and the bots respond to voice commands of the users. The platform also supports bot analytics that report on the user engagement and conversion rates of the chatbots.

Integration of JotForm and Appy Pie Chatbot

Integration of JotForm and Appy Pie Chatbot can be done through the Appy Pie Chatbot Builder. The platform can be integrated using the embed code provided on the JotForm website. The integration also requires a free Appy Pie account.

Once logged in, you will have access to all the tops at your disposal to create a chatbot. You can create a new chatbot from scratch or you could clone an existing one and then make changes to it.

The platform supports many platforms like Facebook Messenger, Skype, Slack, etc., so you can choose whichever one you prefer to integrate your JotForm chatbot with. For this tutorial, we will focus on the Facebook Messenger integration.

The process starts by choosing the Facebook Messenger integration and then selecting “Build A Bot”. This will open up a blank template where you can enter the necessary information to build your bot. You need to fill in the “Name”, “Description”, and “Website URL” fields so that your bot looks professional and does not look spammy. The name of your chatbot should be unique and descriptive of your brand so that visitors interested in interacting with it can easily identify it. The description should be short, but it should give a brief overview of what your bot does. The website URL should be the link to your website or blog where you want to integrate your bot’s conversation interface.

Next, you need to enter the details for your bot such as its name, gender, preferred pronouns, and an optional introduction message. You can edit the details later if you want to change the name or any other details about your bot, but this information will be taken from this page whenever someone interacts with your bot. These details are required in order for your bot to appear properly in Facebook Messenger. You can select the options from a drop-down menu for each field and also add an optional image for each option.

Next, you will need to enter a welcome message for your bot. This message should describe what your bot does and ask users to interact with it by sending messages back using a keyword. Once you have added your welcome message, you would need to customize it so that it appears as part of the chat interface when someone interacts with your bot. The customization options include adding images, cpors, text styles, etc., depending on what type of platform you are using for your chatbot’s interface. For example, if you are using Facebook Messenger for your chatbot’s interface, you will get different customization options compared to when you use Skype for your chatbot’s interface. In addition to customizing the welcome message, there are many other customization options available at your disposal that make it easy for you to create an interface for your chatbot that fits seamlessly into the platform’s look and feel. Once you have customized your welcome message as per your requirements, hit Next. The last step in setting up your chatbot is entering some basic settings such as choosing a time zone for your chatbot and adding additional information such as category or subcategory under which your bot falls so that it appears correctly in search results within the Facebook Messenger interface. Hit Save Changes once you have entered all the required information and then choose a template from the list available at your disposal (there are many available templates. If you want to use multiple templates for different modules within your chatbot (like FAQs, Forms etc.. then choose the Child template under Custom Module Template; otherwise choose Standard Template under Global Settings template section. Then click on Add New Module button under Custom Template section. This will allow you to add different modules such as FAQs, Forms etc., under this template so that they appear in a single conversation window when someone interacts with your chatbot. When all the required modules are added under this template then click on Save Changes at the bottom right of your screen and view the preview of your chatbot’s conversation window in Facebook Messenger by clicking on Preview button at the top right corner of your screen. You will see that now when you talk to your chatbot by sending messages back using keywords such as ‘hi’ or ‘hello’ etc., you will see a conversation window containing all the modules configured under this template along with input fields where users can talk to your chatbot as well as enter data relevant to their queries such as their names, email addresses etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me’ etc., depending on what kind of data they are asking for from your chatbot via messages sent back via keywords such as ‘ask’ or ‘help me
