That is why they are termed as revputionary. But the question that arises is, how they compare in the field of customer service. The topic of this article is “How Intercom and MailChimp compare in the field of customer service?”


Intercom is a platform for online business communication. It helps with support and sales activities. It is designed to help companies create and maintain relationships with their website visitors, leads and customers.
