Appy Pie Connect brings together Triggers (like "New Email") and Actions (like "Create Registrant") to complete an action in one app whenever a trigger occurs in another. This phenomenon is called “Connect” and these Connects help you automate repetitive tasks saving you the trouble of doing them manually.

To integrate GoToWebinar with Appy Pie Connect, search and select the app from the app directory at Appy Pie Connect. Choose the service required and press Continue to move further ahead with integration steps at Appy Pie Connect.
Click Connect an Account and a pop-up will ask for your GoToWebinar credentials. Enter the Email Address associated with GoToWebinar account which would be integrated at Appy Pie Connect. Press the Next button to continue the integration at Connect.
Enter the Password of the same account in Appy Pie Connect pop-up form and press the Sign In button to continue with the integration.
Appy Pie Connect will ask to reconfirm the account added. Press the Continue button to verify the account and integrate GoToWebinar with Appy Pie Connect.
Why is my “New registrant” trigger missing some fields?
Appy Pie Connect “New Registrant” trigger for GoToWebinar has a limitation. As of now, it can only work on non-custom fields for triggers.
Can I access all Registrants from all Webinars?
Currently you can access registrants of a particular webinar only. You can create multiple Connects (duplicate it multiple times and make necessary changes) to access all registrants of all webinars.
Does Connect Support Recurring Webinars?
Recurring webinars are treated as new events in Connect, you can reselect the webinar and it will help to access the information as per your requirement.
What to do while Dynamically Assigning a State?
If you want to assign a state dynamically then you must write the complete state name without spaces.
Wrong formats: There are unacceptable formats at Connect
Correct format: This is acceptable format at Connect
403: Cannot Register for a Webinar that is in the pastThis error occurs if the webinar is not re-selected properly, select it from the dropdown and change the identifiers. Sometimes GoToWebinar does not automatically register according to the upcoming webinar.
People are registering for the Webinar but Trigger isn’t workingCheck the trigger you are using for your Connect, if you want to get the information of every newly registered webinar attendee then it must be a “New Registrant” trigger. Check and make the necessary changes, if still it doesn’t work then contact our support team.
