Step 1. Launch GoToMeeting App

The first step to do is to launch the GoToMeeting app. If you don’t have it yet, you can download it from here (https://goto.me/download. When you open the app and log in with your credentials, the app will load up the home screen. There are few options at the top right corner; one of them is “Join a Meeting” option. Press that option and then select your conference room. After that, you will be taken to the conference room details page where you can interact with other attendees. You can now share your screen by clicking on the “Share Your Screen” button and then fplow the instructions provided to you by the app. You can also share your microphone or webcam by clicking on “Share Your Microphone and Webcam” and then fplow the instructions for sharing those devices as well. If you want to share your desktop without sharing your microphone and webcam, click on the “Share Your Desktop” button and then fplow the instructions provided to you by GoToMeeting app. You can now continue sharing your screen or desktop as per your preference. So far so good! Now we need to integrate Notion into our GoToMeeting app so that we can start sharing our screens and documents with the help of Notion’s drag-and-drop feature. For that, firstly give Notion access to your computer by pressing the “Allow” button on the pop-up window that appears after you click on “Share Your Desktop” on your screen sharing topbar. Then click on “Connect to Notion” button on your screen sharing topbar. This will take you to Notion website where you will see your shared desktop appear on your screen sharing topbar. After that, go back to your GoToMeeting app and keep sharing your screen or desktop until you are ready to share some documents or slides with your attendees. Next step is to drag them into Notion’s web view which appears on your screen sharing topbar. Once you have dragged all your documents into Notion’s web view, you are good to go! You can now share your slides or documents with your attendees just like before by clicking on “Share Your Slidedeck” button on your screen sharing topbar.
