How Freshdesk & Zoho Books Integrations Work

  1. Step 1: Choose Freshdesk as a trigger app and authenticate it on Appy Pie Connect.

Integration of Freshdesk and Zoho Books

In this article, I want to explain the integration of Freshdesk and Zoho Books. Zoho Books is a software that helps small businesses organize their financial records, manage customers and suppliers, and create invoices. Freshdesk is a customer service software which allows companies to help and support their customers. The integration of these two types of software can save your time and money. Integration of Freshdesk and Zoho Books can help you organize your business easily and quickly.

The first thing that you should do is to install Zoho Books with Freshdesk. After installation, you will see there is a button called “Integration” in the dashboard. This button will help you integrate Zoho Books with Freshdesk. So, let’s start with the integration process. You need to select “Zoho Books” as shown in Figure 1 below:

Next, you need to select an account from Zoho Books as shown in Figure 2. Then click on “Save” as shown in Figure 3:

Now, you are connected with Zoho Books so you need to connect your Zoho Books account with Freshdesk as shown in Figure 4:

After that, you will see a new menu called “Zoho Books” as shown in Figure 5:

The next step is to connect accounts from Zoho Books with Freshdesk as shown in Figure 6. Then click on “Build” as shown in Figure 7:

Now, you will see a form like this as shown in Figure 8. In addition, you will see the option to choose the fields from Zoho books that you need to connect with Freshdesk as shown in Figure 9. There are three options for your selection. First one is “All Fields” which means all fields from Zoho books will be connected to Freshdesk. Second one is “Selected Fields” which means only selected fields will be connected with Freshdesk. Third one is “Custom Fields” which means you can add custom fields to connect with Freshdesk. The last option is “Don’t Import” which means you don’t want to import any data from Zoho books. After that, click on “Next” as shown in Figure 10. Then, you will see a screen like this as shown in Figure 11:

Now, you have to choose an option for saving data. There are three options for your selection. First one is “Automatically save data” which means your data will be saved automatically after connecting with Freshdesk. Second one is “Always ask before saving data” which means you need to confirm every time when your data will be saved after connecting with Freshdesk. Third one is “Never save data” which means your data will never be saved after connecting with Freshdesk. If you choose the second one, then you should click on “Next” as shown in Figure 12 below:

Now, if you choose the third option, then you should click on “Save Account” as shown in Figure 13 below:

If you choose the first or second option, then you should click on “Save & Build Accounts” as shown in Figure 14 below:

After that, you will see a screen like this as shown in Figure 15 below. It will tell you some information about the integration process between Zoho books and Freshdesk. After that, click on “Done” as shown in Figure 16 below:

Then, your account has been integrated with Freshdesk successfully. Now, let’s say we have an account called John Doe from Zoho Books. We have selected account number 1234 for integration as shown in Figure 17 below:
