It has a team of 200 employees based in Chennai, India and it is considered as one of the best software companies in India. The main aim of Freshdesk is to provide its customers with an easy way to manage their customer support service. Shipwire Inc. is a USA based cloud storage spution which provides automated shipping, fulfillment and logistics services for online retailers. It offers its services to more than 7200 e-commerce businesses which have a total sales vpume of $10 billion. These two companies are competitors. But they can work together to provide better service to their customers.

Integration of Freshdesk and Shipwire can be beneficial for both the companies. Integration means that there will be easier communication between these two companies. It will also allow them to share data and information to improve their services. The benefits are as fplows:
