Freshdesk is a customer service software that provides cloud-based support to small and medium businesses and enterprises. It offers various features including ticketing, live chat, social media interactions, email sputions, and phone support through voice calls, conference call, and video calls. Freshdesk started as an online help desk application in 2010. Freshdesk is now headquartered in San Bruno, California with additional offices in Chennai, India (closed), Toronto, Canada, Sydney, Australia and Singapore.
