Integration of Expensify and Zoho Creator

In this paper, I will be discussing the integration of Expensify and Zoho Creator. Expensify is a cloud-based application that helps small and medium sized businesses to manage their business travel expenses. It is a new start up company that was founded in 2010. Zoho Creator is another cloud-based application that is used for creating all kinds of documents such as invoices, estimates, receipts, letters, and much more. It was also founded in 2010. Both companies are located in Silicon Valley. The purpose of integrating these two applications is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of small and medium sized businesses in managing their expenses related to business travel.

Integration of Expensify and Zoho Creator

Integrating Expensify and Zoho Creator would make it possible to create a seamless process of generating an invoice directly from Zoho Creator. This is because the user would no longer need to look for a separate business expense tracking application. The user would only have to enter the information about expenses in Zoho Creator. The software would automatically scan the text of the document to extract the relevant information and then populate the fields on the Expensify form. The user can then submit the form to Expensify for approval and payment. Once the information is submitted, the document is also saved in Zoho Creator.

Benefits of Integration of Expensify and Zoho Creator

There are two benefits to integrating Expensify and Zoho Creator. First, there would be reduced data entry time. This is because neither the user nor Expensify employees would have to manually enter in the information related to business expenses either on paper or into a computer. This means that there would be less cost for both Expensify and its customers. Second, there would be less human error due to incorrect data entry. This reduction in human errors would lead to less money lost on rejected expense reports. By reducing human errors, the accuracy of expense reports would increase. Hence, it would not be necessary to spend so much money on training employees since they are already capable of accurately entering data into computers and other electronic devices.

The best way to integrate Expensify and Zoho Creator would be to create a pop-up window on Zoho Creator that allows users to fill out Expensify’s expense report form directly from within Zoho Creator’s application interface and without having to switch between different applications.
