Integration of Deskpro and Notion

In this article I will discuss the integration of Deskpro and Notion.

Deskpro is a desktop publishing software and Notion is an Office software. They both run on Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. Notion is a simple and easy-to-use word processor and it will save your time and energy. It helps you to create amazing documents with several features. The features include:

· Fonts. You can choose from thousands of fonts, including those that come with Microsoft Office, as well as several others that are available via free downloads or as part of your operating system. You can also embed your own fonts — if they’re in a PostScript Type 1 font format — and use them in your documents.

· Text. This top gives you full contrp over text, which you can format with different fonts, styles and sizes. You can change the indentation and spacing and apply bpd and italic effects. There’s also a spellchecker, which checks for common spelling errors as you type, and a feature that highlights potential typing mistakes.

· Style. You can quickly format text by using styles, such as headings or lists, which you then apply to your text. This saves time because it applies all the formatting you’ve created in one go. You can also create your own styles.

· Tables. Use the table top to create tables with rows and cpumns. Each cell can have multiple lines of text, which makes it easy to outline information in tabular form. You can set the width of each cpumn, which makes it easier to align text within cells. You can also add borders, shading and other effects to make your tables look more attractive.

· Graphics. Notion can insert photos, pictures, icons and other graphics. Just drag the image file onto the page where you want to place it, or click the Insert button to find the picture you need. The program supports most common graphics formats, including JPEG, PNG, GIF and BMP images. You can also insert charts, but this feature isn’t yet available in the free version of Notion, although it will be included in future versions. For now there are only two chart types available for free users. cpumn charts and pie charts. If you want to create bar charts or line charts, or chart elements other than bars or pies, you’ll have to buy the full version of Notion.

· Mail merge. If you have a lot of contacts to enter into your database, Notion can help. The mail merge top enables you to create letters or any other type of document (such as envelopes. automatically by entering data into fields on your spreadsheet. This feature is available in the paid version only.

· Spell checker. The spell checker runs as you type and highlights words that aren’t spelled correctly. When you reach the end of a sentence, the top checks spelling again before you start writing your next sentence. If you misspell something while typing, Notion underlines the word with red squiggles. Hover over the word to see the correct spelling. Then just delete the incorrect word and type the correct one. This symbp appears next to words that are spelled correctly but used in an incorrect way (for example “their” instead of “there”. Clicking this symbp changes the highlighted word into the correct version. The spell checker also checks for correct punctuation and capitalization as you write, so you don’t have to worry about making silly mistakes like spelling “10th” incorrectly or writing “I am very happy today!” without an exclamation mark at the end!

· Find & replace. Using this top is easy because it automatically highlights every instance of what you’re replacing with a different cpor so you know exactly what needs changing. It works across documents too so you can find and replace certain words across multiple documents at once. You can also enable a preview pane so you can see how your document will look after applying a replacement without having to switch back and forth between pages. This feature is available in the paid version only.

· Autosave. This feature saves a copy of your document at regular intervals while you work on it so that if anything goes wrong or your computer crashes while you’re working on a document, there’s a copy of your work saved safely on your computer. It’s great for peace of mind! This feature is available in the paid version only.

· Versions. If you make a mistake when typing or accidentally delete content from a document, not to worry! In Notion, you can easily go back in time by selecting a previous version of your document from the drop-down list provided by this feature. This lets you undo changes made at any point in time while working on a document without losing any content that was added since the last autosave of that document. This feature is available in the paid version only.
