They would do this by going to the corresponding bucket on their Amazon S3 account and creating an “ACL” (Access Control List. Then they would select the user (User B. they want to give access to and give them permission to view, modify or download that document by choosing either “Read”, “Write” or “Full Control” options from the dropdown menu next to them. After doing this, User B will be able to access that document by navigating to it in his/her Amazon S3 account and clicking on it or downloading it from there. So far as Zoho Writer accounts are concerned, Users A and B will both see that document inside their Zoho Writer account under a different tab labeled “S3”; however, only User A will able to modify it because he/she has set permissions for that document in his/her Amazon S3 account while User B has not.
