It integrates with Microsoft Outlook and helps you connect, engage and sell to your customers.

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager developed by Microsoft for Windows, iOS, Android and other platforms. It was created in 1993 and is one of the most popular email clients in the world with over 1.5 billion users. As a part of Microsoft Office suite, it supports email management, calendar management and contact management along with some other features. It also supports integration of social media and instant messaging services.

Zoho Subscriptions allows you to create and display membership plans and products on your website while also allowing you to manage customer subscriptions and renewals. Go to the integrations page of Zoho Subscriptions and choose Microsoft Outlook from the list of available integrations. Click on Connect Now button which will take you to the next screen where you are required to enter your Microsoft account credentials. This will take you to another page where you are required to click on Connect now button which will take you back to the previous screen again. Once the integration between Zoho Subscriptions and Microsoft Outlook has been made successfully, you can check your subscription lists in Zoho Subscriptions. You can view all your subscriptions by accessing the Subscription List option under the Memberships section under the Plans tab. By default, only the memberships created through Zoho Subscriptions are displayed here but if you have integrated Zoho Subscriptions with Microsoft Outlook then you will also be able to view subscriptions created through Microsoft Outlook here as well. You can also view subscription details for any particular member by clicking on the respective name or ID number. This will take you to another screen where you can view various details related to that particular member including the plan they are subscribed to, their contact details etc.

From anywhere in Zoho Subscriptions, you can send emails to your customers regarding their subscription status or renewal via the Send Email option under the Memberships section under the Actions tab. This option is only available if your integration with Microsoft Outlook is configured properly which means that if it is not configured properly then this option will not appear there. To send an email using this option, all you need to do is select the appropriate subscription from the drop-down menu which appears after clicking on Send Email option present under Memberships section under Actions tab then click on Send Email button present under Actions tab. You can also send bounceback messages or response messages using this feature.
