Hi, this is my first blog by Zoho Subscriptions and Easyship. I am a Zoho Subscriptions customer and I want to use Zoho Subscriptions for my e-commerce business. I mentioned about Easyship in the Introduction section of my previous blog. Most of the e-commerce companies do not have enough capacity to handle all their orders on their own. They outsource some of their services to third-party companies that help them manage the inventory and other services. Easyship is one such company. It is an integrated shipping spution that allows you to connect with multiple courier companies, like DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc. It also acts as a marketplace that helps you sell products online. You can easily integrate Zoho Subscriptions with Easyship using Zoho Subscriptions integration with third-party services. Integration of Zoho Subscriptions with Easyship will allow me to ship orders directly from Zoho Subscriptions to my customers using Easyship. I will be able to track my orders using both Zoho Subscriptions and Easyship. I will also be able to view order details from both platforms. With this integration, I can get more business from my existing customers and also enhance sales by reaching out to other customers who are not familiar with my brand or product.

These features are useful for me because I can customize shipping labels according to my preference and needs. I can add more information on the label, customized according to my product or business requirement. The tracking feature allows me to keep track of my order status and see delivery information by courier company. The reports available in Zoho Subscriptions give me better insight into each shipment, including number of shipments and shipment value by date range, etc. The returns management feature will help me to monitor my orders which have been returned back to me. These features will help me to reduce the number of complaints from customers by ensuring efficient delivery of goods at the right time and place.
Integration of Zoho Subscriptions and Easyship will help me to manage my business efficiently by providing real-time data and insights into each order’s status across various carrier networks. It will also let me know about any changes in orders assigned to different carriers. Since I can add different courier companies in Zoho Subscriptions, it increases the number of delivery options available for customers through one single platform. This integration will also help me reduce human errors of mislabeling and shipping incorrect goods, which are common problems faced by e-commerce businesses these days.
