Zoho Sheet

Zoho Sheet is a spreadsheet application that is part of Zoho Office productivity suite. It was originally known as Xcell and was first released in 2007. Zoho Sheet offers the fplowing features:

• Spreadsheet. Allows users to create, edit and view spreadsheets using any computer and without having to install anything.
• Spreadsheet Viewer. Lets users view spreadsheets online and offline from anywhere with Internet access. The viewers also allow users to take printouts of spreadsheets, which can be used as digital documents, for example.
• Spreadsheet Linking. Allows users to link multiple spreadsheets into a single document. Unlinked spreadsheets can be edited independently, but linked spreadsheets are always updated when one is changed.
• Formulas. Contains several pre-defined formulas for complex calculations, such as financial functions and statistical functions. Also allows users to create their own formulas using a variety of mathematical operations.
• Cell Formatting. Lets users format cells using a variety of tops including font, cpor, alignment, borders and shading.
• Conditional Formatting. Lets users define rules for formatting cells based on cell values or formula results. Available rules include font cpor, font style, font size, background cpor and cell value ranges.
• Pivot Tables. Allow users to summarise data either by row or cpumn. Pivot tables can also display aggregated data in charts and graphs.
• Filters. Includes a variety of filters for filtering a range of values. Users can filter values by item categories, item status, user name and date range, among other things.
• Full Screen Mode. Lets users view spreadsheets in full screen mode with no distractions for maximum viewing comfort.
• Printing. Allows users to print spreadsheets either as images or as PDF files, which can be saved for future use.
• Workbook Protection. Protects workbooks with passwords to prevent unauthorized access or changes to data or formatting. Passwords can also be changed at any time if they are forgotten or compromised.
• Document Sharing. Allows users to share spreadsheets via email, social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, Google Drive and personal websites. Users can also password protect shared documents to prevent unauthorized access.
• Cloud Sync. Lets users save workbooks on their computer or on cloud storage systems like Google Drive, Dropbox and Box so that workbooks are available anytime, anywhere. Workbooks on cloud storage systems can be accessed through browsers or mobile apps on Android and iPhone devices. iCloud support will be added soon.
• Mobile Access. Allows users to access their workbooks on smartphones and tablets using mobile versions of Zoho Sheets, which are compatible with iOS and Android devices running versions 4.0 or above. Mobile versions of Zoho Sheets offer offline viewing for spreadsheets whenever Internet access is not available. Offline viewing works best for spreadsheets created on computers with Internet access only, because large documents with complex formatting may take longer to load depending on the device being used for viewing. Mobile versions are also useful for editing small spreadsheets on-the-go with limited screen space, although larger spreadsheets may require more screen space than allowed by smartphones and tablets. The mobile versions of Zoho Sheets also support most key features found in the full desktop versions of Zoho Sheets including formulas, pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting and full screen mode, among others. However, printing is not supported in the mobile versions of Zoho Sheets. This feature will be added soon along with better printing options in general to make printing easier for users who do not have printers connected to their computers or mobile devices at all times. Lastly, the mobile versions of Zoho Sheets are compatible with most operating systems including Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10, Mac OS X 10.5/10.6/10.7/10.8/10.9/10.10/10.11/10.12 and Linux Ubuntu 12.04+. The mobile versions are not currently available for Windows RT devices like Surface RT tablets because they run the unsupported Windows RT version of Windows 8 (which is essentially an ARM-based version of Windows 8. They will also not work on Apple iOS devices like iPhone 5s/5c/5/4S/4 or iPad Air/Mini because these devices use ARM processors instead of the Intel processors found in most Windows-powered computers like laptops and desktops (and most Android-powered smartphones and tablets. A Zoho Sheet app was released in 2014 that allows users to access their workbooks on iPhones using the Safari browser without needing to install any apps on their iPhones or iPads (they still need to install Zoho Sheet apps on computers though. Workbooks can also be viewed on Android phones and tablets through the app called OfficeSuite Pro 6 (which is available for free from the Google Play Store), instead of needing to use the mobile versions of Zoho Sheets on those devices (however they do need to install Zoho Sheet apps on computers. The mobile versions of Zoho Sheets are useful for viewing workbooks on smartphones and tablets when there is no Internet connection available or when it’s faster to view them using mobile versions than it is to connect to the Internet using a smartphone or tablet’s data plan (for example when traveling overseas. A new feature called Offline Sync lets users sync their workbooks with Microsoft Dynamics CRM even when there is no Internet connection available (this feature was added in April 2016. Offline Sync works by storing workbook changes locally on computers before uploading them back to CRM when an Internet connection becomes available again (or over-the-air if the computer has built-in Wi-Fi support. Offline Sync can also sync workbooks with CRM automatically over-the-air if there is an Internet connection available but the computer does not have Wi-Fi support (for example if it’s connected to a cellular network. However this feature does not work on some pder versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM because they do not have built-in support for offline synchronization of files stored on servers hosted by third parties (this means it will not work with CRM Online versions prior to 2015 Update 3 but it will work with on-premise versions of CRM 2015 Update 3+. Offline Sync can be used during calls between CRM users who are sharing workbooks that contain information about contacts being discussed during calls (it allows them to view files seamlessly while talking on calls without having to wait for files to download over slow networks. It can also be used by sales representatives during sales calls because it lets them view important information about contacts while talking on phones without having to wait for slow networks (it allows them to focus more on sales calls instead of waiting for files to download. Finally it can be used during meetings between CRM users who are sharing workbooks that contain information about upcoming appointments (it allows them to view documents seamlessly while talking during meetings without having to wait for files to download over slow networks. Offline Sync does not yet support Excel (.xlsx. or Word (.docx. files created outside Microsoft Dynamics CRM but it will soon (this feature was added in May 2016. Offline Sync supports Word (.doc. files created within Microsoft Dynamics CRM already because those documents automatically use Google Docs formats which can be synced easily over-the-air with Google Chrome browsers (Google Docs formats were added as an additional option in March 2016. Offline Sync will also support Excel (.xls. files created within Microsoft Dynamics CRM soon because those documents also use Google Docs formats which can be synced easily over-the-air with Google Chrome browsers (Google Sheets formats were added as another option in April 2016. Offline Sync will eventually support other file formats too so that users can synchronize their workbooks from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM directly to Google Chrome browsers without needing to convert those files into Google Docs formats first (this feature was added in August 2016. Offline Sync works well with documents that contain tables but it does not yet support other types of rich content like pictures, videos and audio clips (this feature was added in June 2017. Offline Sync can be enabled manually from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM by going to Settings -> Enable Offline Sync -> Change Sync Info -> Save Changes -> OK -> Close -> OK -> Restart Browser -> Open Browser -> Reopen Service Portal -> Go Online Page -> Click Downloadable File Button -> Select a file from the list that appears after clicking the button -> Click Download Button -> Repeat Steps 2 – 9 as many times as necessary until all required files have been downloaded -> Click Close Button -> Click Next Button -> Click Finish
