Integration of Zoho People and MeisterTask is very simple. In this integration, there is no need to take any extra effort to manage a task just like integration of Zoho CRM and Google Drive. In this integration, we will use Zapier to integrate Zoho People and MeisterTask. We will see how we can integrate Zoho People and MeisterTask using Zapier. Let’s see how we can do it step by step:
Step 1. Login to Zapier by going to https://zapier.com/login/ and then click on “Sign Up For Free” button. Then it will ask you to enter your Email Address and Password then click on “Get Started” button which will take you to “Zap Setup” page. Then click on blue “Make a Zap!” button on the top right corner of the page which will take you to create new Zap Page. Then click on “Choose a Trigger Channel” then select “Zoho People” channel. Then select “New Entry Desired Action” option then select “MeisterTask” option which will trigger an email whenever there is a new entry in Zoho People App. Click on “Continue” button which will take you to next steps of creating the Zap.
Step 2. Select “New Task” option from the trigger channel then select “Create Task” option from the action channel then click on “Continue” button which will take you to fill Task details field. Then give a title for the task which is “MeisterTask Integration Test Task” which will be shown in the body of the email with description like “Click here to create your task in MeisterTask using Zapier integration”. Then click on “Add Field” then select “Location” then fill “Location” field with value “Home Office” as shown in Figure 1 below:

Step 3. Click on “Save & Continue” button which will take you to next step of saving this Zap. Then click on “Done” button which will finish creating this Zap. Now every time someone creates a new entry in Zoho People App then this Zap will create a new task in MeisterTask App with title of the newly created entry plus description like “Click here to create your task in MeisterTask using Zapier integration” so that everyone knows about this integration and how they can use it.
