You can use Gravity Forms to create contact forms, ecommerce checkouts, registration forms, surveys etc. It has SSL integration, PayPal IPN integration, and it also generates XML files. Gravity Forms can be integrated with WordPress SEO by Yoast. The price of Gravity Forms is $39.99 per year.
In this section I will discuss about how Zoho Mail can be integrated with Gravity Forms.
Zoho Mail can be integrated with Gravity Forms using the “Forms” plugin. To do that you need to install both plugins into your WordPress website. After the installation of both plugins, open Settings -> Mail and fill in the fplowing details:
Outgoing Email SMTP Server – smtp.zoho.com
Username – Your Zoho Mail username
Password – Your Zoho Mail password
Email Format – HTML (recommended. or Text/Plain
For the outgoing mail server, you need to change it to smtp.zoho.com because the default outgoing mail server is not compatible with Gravity Forms. You must use your Zoho Mail username and password to log into Zoho Mail after you have installed the plugin. After that, you will be able to send out emails from your WordPress website. To create a form in Gravity Forms, select a form builder in the left sidebar and click Add Form as shown below:
Next, you will see a page similar to the one shown below:
The “Data Entry” tab will show you all the details about the data fields of your form:
The “Fields” tab shows you the field types available for the form type you have selected:
The “Form Tops” tab allows you to choose if you want to display the form via Post or Page and if you want to allow comments on your form:
The “Settings” tab allows you to choose if you want your email notifications to be sent automatically or manually and if you want to include a link in your notification emails:
Once you have created your form in Gravity Forms, go back to your WordPress dashboard and click Save & Close as shown below:
Go back to your WordPress dashboard again and you will see a notification regarding your new form:
After that, click on Create New Form in the left sidebar of Gravity Forms:
You will see a page similar to the one shown below:
On this page, select your form from the drop down menu under Select a Form and click on View Code to view and copy the embed code:
After copying the embed code, go back to your WordPress dashboard and click on Edit under your new form in Gravity Forms:
Now paste the embed code into the text box as shown below and click on Update Form:
After that, go back to your WordPress dashboard again and click on Add New Post or Add New Page depending on where you are going to display your form:
Click on Embed in Editor as shown below:
Add some html before and after the embed code and click on Update Post or Update Page as shown below:
After that, go back to your WordPress dashboard again and click on Edit under your new form in Gravity Forms:
