Google Contacts and Zoho Mail are web-based services that help you keep a list of contacts. There are also mobile apps for both these services. These two contacts management services allow you to sync all your contacts with each other. You can setup the sync automatically by choosing to use the same account for both Zoho Mail and Google Contacts.
As of now, Google Contacts do not allow you to sync your contacts with third party services other than Gmail. Your contacts will be stored on the Google servers, and you can access them from any device which uses a browser to log into your Google account. Similarly, you can also not sync your Gmail contacts with Zoho Mail. But, if you want to use Zoho Mail as your primary email service, you can choose to store your contacts on the Zoho servers.
Another way around this limitation is to set up the sync manually and copy the data from one contact manager to another. This method does not require any technical knowledge and can be done by anyone who knows how to use the respective services.
Zoho Mail is an email service that allows you to create accounts for free. It has a lot of features like integrated task management, mail/calendar integration, file sharing, etc. It also has a Zoho CRM top that helps you manage your sales leads, customers and deals. You can use the CRM top to track emails from your leads and reply to customer requests through your email interface.
Google Contacts is an online top that allows you to store your email and phone contacts in a central location. You can access it through a browser and keep track of customer information without having to open each email separately. You can also view maps of your contacts’ locations right in your browser.
Google Contacts do not integrate well with Zoho Mail, but they are great at handling individual contacts. On the other hand, Zoho Mail works great as an email service, but its CRM top could be more robust. If you want to use one particular top, then it is better to stick with that one. But if you want to use both services together, it might be easier to use the manual method described above.
The process to integrate Zoho Mail and Google Contacts may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
